Hi.

I am posting here in the VAGUE hope that somebody at esource will do something.
I mistakenly paid £67 for the lifetime membership:

Payment Details

Transaction ID: 3PS931523B040494M
Item Price: 67.00 GBP
Total: £67.00 GBP
Order Description: eSources UK Premium Buyer Lifetime Membership - Full Access
Buyer: Christopher Beard

I FULLY accept this was my error, not esources.
However, I have only been able to login ONCE !

Every time I get the same message 'Your account has temporarily been suspended contact us'.
I have sent numerous mails with NO response.

The one response I got, I was told my account had been re-activated, to find when I tried to relogin, I got the same message.

Can anyone help me regarding legal advice as this is a joke.

Chris

yes, as laggardlady has kindly pointed it out to you this may be a message for you from eSources in the other thread:

Just to close here,

I have now received a FULL refund from esources. It just would have been nice to have had an explanation as to why I didnt meet their buyer requirements several weeks after joining. I think most people on this forum could hazard a guess though!

Regards Chris

I Bought 9.99 a mount subscription first then a saw a discounted deal on premium life time membership which was clearly saying that if you buy premium subscription you will get your previous money back you only have to do send us both invoice nos. us I did the same thing no reply for that. And what the worse thing is they charged me 9.99 again for the next month. I send them email again. after that i went out side for half an hour came back and try to log in to esource from same computer and guess what my account was yet again suspended
Nice one.

Hi Torrentulla,

please note you can use your license on either your pc or laptop, not both. If you need an additional license you can purchase one from <you need to pay to advertise>

To cancel existing subscriptions simply login to your PayPal account.

Hi Torrentulla,

this is the message you are referring to:

Quote:
if you require a higher subscription you can upgrade to a higher package and receive a refund for your previous payment. To proceed, first upgrade to the higher package required, then send an email to EMAIL REMOVED quoting your member ID and your two invoice numbers. Your first payment will then be refunded.

The price of Lifetime Membership has been discounted to account for your last payment. This means you can upgrade to Lifetime Membership at the regular rate minus your last payment.

Sincerely,

Jane

Hi,
This message is really for someone at Esources as they are really inept at answering the telephone or replying to emails through I guess the 'normal channels'.
I have a Premium Buyer account and for the past few weeks have been unable to gain access to the Suppliers, Products or Trade leads tabs as on clicking on these just comes up with a blank page. This is not good for my business as there are times when I need the service I have paid for.
Now after reading this forum i have come to the conclusion that could this have been caused by the fact that access is limited to only one computer and the fact that I had to reformat and reinstall windows a few weeks ago may have corrupted my access ? If this is the case can you please please sort this out as quickly as possible as it has now been over a week since I emailed a query and i have been consistently trying to phone every day where no-one answers.....Customer support anyone ? !!
If my access cannot be reinstated can you please refund my fee as I will source other companies who can provide this service.

You'll be lucky to ever see your money again. <removed> This guy "temporarily" banned me from my account less than 2 weeks after taking my money for the Premium Sellers account, maintained the ban until the next payment was due, withdrew funds for the next month, and still maintained my ban!

<removed>

Carboni, here are a few words for you, see if you can make a sentence out of them.

"it hat wear If fits the" Get it?

Look people, just do a quick search of Google for "esources stefano carboni scam", just one form, or "esources stefano carboni scammer", or "stefano carboni scam", or "esources scam", then determine whether you think you should have anything to do with them.

<Mod edit> Post edited to remove potentially libelous comments, if you have proof to make up accusations please post them otherwise such comments will have to be removed.

Hi everyone,
Am I glad I decided to catch up with posts I was just about to sign up with eSources and decided to do a double check on Dropship Forum to see what if anything was being said. I will definitely be saving my money and using some of the hints and tips I have picked up from the Forum.
Thanks to everyone its a pleasure to have such great feedback from, dare I say it. "Real people" who obviously have been there, done that and are prepared to help others.

Hi, I joined up with esources earlier this year and when I try to log in now it says that my account has been temporarily suspended and to contact customer services. I have sent loads of messages and they haven't replied to any. Does anybody know how to contact them to reactivate my account?

Forget it, <mod edit. potentially defamatory material removed. Please provide evidence when making such accusations>

Carboni's a sole trader, but likes to present the business as if it's a limited company, but makes sure you A) Don't have a phone number you can actually call, and B) That you don't have an address you can actually visit, as the one given on the website is just a mail drop.

There's only one reason why any "business person" makes sure that his "clients" are kept well out of reach of getting a hold of him either on the phone or physically, and that's because he fears them getting a hold of him.

This is a man who is in hiding, and keeps himself that way.

You will be more likely to get a reply via their website as this is not their support area and esources have not been logged in for a few weeks.

Hello,
I am having trouble contacting Esources. I cancelled my subscription three months ago by logging on to the site and following the instructions to cancel. Since that time, I have been unable to log on, nor have I received any emails from them, which was confirmation to me that my account had indeed been cancelled.
I was therefore suprised to receive an invoice from them a few days ago, they deducted £29 from my account. I have sent emails and called the number on the "contact us" page with no success. I have read quite a few posts about them on The Dropship Forum, I really wish I had found this site before signing up with Esources earlier in the year.
The Dropship Forum is great, by the way.

Was this a Paypal account? If it is you need to stop the payments going out.

No, unfortunately I gave my debit card details...I have no choice but to close my bank account because according to the bank, it seems that they can pretty much continue dipping into my money and there's nothing I can do about it. It's not a direct debit or standing order, so therefore cannot be cancelled by me or my bank. I would absolutely and categorically advise against anyone signing up to Esources based on my experience. I am so suprised and disappointed that they've turned out to be so thoroughly unprofessional, devious and untrustworthy.

You shouldn't need to close your bank account. If your bank issue you with a new card and cancel the old one, they usually change the last 4 digits of the card, then no money should be able to be taken out from the old card.

Also if you show to your bank that it was an unauthorised demand on the card then they will pass it on to the relevant area to the follow through and refund/sort out.

Thank you for your replies, Laggardlady and Bhuna. I've finally got a response from Esources. They replied that my account hadn't been cancelled....Strange that because I clearly remember cancelling my subscription on their website 3 months ago and I was unable to access my account after that. Suddenly my account isn't cancelled and I can now access it, which is not what I wanted. I have cancelled my subsciption again but I know that I cannot get that money back that they took last week. I'm going to just put this experience behind me and exercise extreme caution when it comes to subcribing to websites for information. I think the Dropship Forum is excellent and there is a wealth of information and good advice available on it.
