IH2 Extra Images

Just working on a new site I'm taking over after Christmas and I've noticed that the main image is working ok with Zen Lightbox but the extra images are opening in a new window. If you hover over the extra images it shows they are using the lrg pop up image instead of the _01 and _02 images. Have I missed a setting somewhere or is this yet another coding problem?
Edit: I think it must be a pretty old version of Lightbox as there are only 9 settings shown as against 20 or so on my other sites.
