View topic - Customised Newletter and Welcome Header

Hi has anyone changed the header logo for welcome emails and newsletters, i tried it an nothing worked, this is the file i changed emai_templates_newsletters and email_welcome_html at this bit <img src="email/header.jpg" alt="logo" />

any bit ive missed to change on it??? cheers

Thanks LL ,, checked it with the link , just get a white email with test bits i wrote , no header?

Still no joy changing this, I downloaded the new header to check it, and it has been changed, Just still get blank emails??

Im still having no luck with this, it seems to be in the right place and when i downloaded the new header to check it, it is the one i sized to fit,, but its not picking it up,, test emails are just blank pages with text i put on it,,,

I set the configuartion in admin to accept html emails,, But still stuck on why its not showing,,any ideas

After reading this the other day I decided to do this to the emails in one of my sites. At first I thought it hadn't worked but placed a couple of test orders.

When the new order confirmation email comes through, it's addressed to my site email address but thanks me the customer for shopping with us and the header image is there, the email looks very nice

When the order confirmation email comes through to me as the customer, on my customer email address, there's no header, just a plain email with details of the order.

The order update email to the customer is also plain.

Maybe the thing only works for confirmation orders to the admin email address

A trial email from admin sent through Tools - send email also sends an email without a header.

This is in zen cart 1.3.9h. Will check later with an older version of zen in case it makes a difference, but have things to do just now.

Everyone else who did this to their emails, what do you all get. Do you get headers on more emails than I do, or the same and is Sash expecting too much

OI!! LL lol Your lucky i aint getting anything on any emails

Im getting closer (not reaaly lol), I sent an email to a customer and she replied with my header at the top!!!
