I have an e-mail address that rentacart gave me, support@footballclearance.co.uk but I have sent an email from my personal account to that address but how do I actually view my emails to that address?

If you hve a webmail facility with the provider then you can use that - if not you will need to use an email client likes of Outlook express or thunderbird
Your will need username, password, and incoming / outgoing server names these should be supplied by your provier
