View topic - Tidy Up Catagories Menu

Does anyone know how to tidy up the categories menu, as when you have a category with sub categories it shows a - > then a |_ next to each sub category on the menu, I know I have deleted this on a different site before, but can't remember what I did, tried search on google and the Zen Cart forums without much luck. (not exactly easy to describe to a search engine)

Anyway any help appreciated.
