Not used it but why would you want to hotlink to images instead of uploading them to your own space?

,,, Trying to figure out how people do it, when they sign up to affiliate sites, and start adding feeds from the affiliate companies,,,

Most ive seen so far have external images on the datafeeds, so im trying to find out how some people can populate a site manually if they have hundreds or sometimes thousands of products,,,,

I dont get why companies supply datafeeds with external images if virtually no websites would use them if they had to do it manually,,,

Trying to figure out if people just used the live feeds, what is the point in supplying csv,text,xml feeds with images you cant use....
