on the admin area i cannot find where includes/languages is?

In your admin, look for "files" then under file manager,click on the root folder..

Not in the zencart admin,,it will be your hosts admin...

Just a quickie - If you are only accepting Paypal as a payment method at the moment there's not much point in this statement as your customers won't be able to pay via Paypal over the phone
