Received Double order in admin

Received Double order in admin
Never had this happen before. Just had a customer make an order using SagePay and I've ended up with two separate entries in the admin. Same order, different invoice numbers, definitely only one payment. Anyone come across this before?
Edit: I have the low stock e-mails when I'm out of an item. Received 2 of those both showing nil stock (thought one might be -1).
