View topic - In need of help urgently

Hello all,
Just something happend that i cannot get to my back admin panel of my site in zen cart ver 1.39c i think. When i logging to www.mysite.co.uk/admin i getting to the next page but its all blank for some reason so i cannot input longing details. Site still up and running fine just i can't operate it at all like that. Any ideas what could happened, and how to fix it or its impossible? (I was using it all day because i was doing some topping up to it and now i cant even log to it). Please help me

You said you had been working on your site all day so re - trace your steps.

What were you actually doing on the site, did you alter or add any files through ftp or cpanel?

i installed module manager in it that all and was playing with main page changing logos etc.

There probably lies your answer.

Uninstall it and re-upload any files that it may have over-written then you should be back to normal.

actually i uploaded sitemap.xml using "GSiteCrawler" for google to read to root but tried to remove it no changes made

No files was no files over written at all and it was working just fine after install

Just been looking at the Google Sitemap Module files and there are definately no zencart files overwritten by that mod.

I'm not familiar with the module manager mod so can't comment on those files,.

One thing is for sure that you don't get a blank screen for nothing and the usual cause is altering/deleting/overwriting files.

Thank you guys for all help,it's all sorted now for some reason in admin->includes->classes was moved to a different folder have no idea how.

me too was thinking that i will lose all that me

any suggestion how to save safely my modules if i would want to reinstall zen and use it later? Apologies to all if you think is obvious how to do it but i'm total beginner here. I payed for those modules and don't want to loose them and money.
