These Dropship Forum Terms of Service and the Dropship Forum
Privacy Policy govern your use of The Dropship Forum (the “Forum(s)”). These
terms are not exhaustive and The Dropship Forum reserves the right to modify
them at any time, effective upon posting of the modified terms on the Forum. By
registering as a user or using the Forum(s), you agree to abide by these terms
as modified from time to time. Any violation of these terms may result in the
suspension or termination of your right to access the Forum(s).
The Forum(s) are a free discussion place where you can exchange information with
other users, provide feedback to The Dropship Forum, and discuss dropshipping
suppliers. Please note that the Forum(s) were launched so that our users have
the possibility to interact and exchange their experiences regarding
dropshipping and making money online. The Forum(s) are English language forums.
Registration
You are not obligated to register in order to access the Forum(s) and read the
message boards. However, registration (via provision of a valid email address,
user name and password) and login are required in order to post to the message
boards and adjust user settings. The Dropship Forum will handle all information
received from you in accordance with the The Dropship Forum Privacy Policy but
does reserve the right to release information as set forth therein and below.
When you register, you will also be asked to enter some personal information.
Please keep in mind when choosing a user name and filling out your profile that
whenever you post to a message board your user name, and a link to your profile
and online status, will appear when you are on the forum. Your profile may
display historical information such as “joined”, “last visit” or number of
posts. The Dropship Forum may refuse to grant you, and you may not use, a user
name (or email address) that is already being used by someone else, impersonates
another person, belongs to another person (without his or her prior consent),
violates the intellectual property or other rights of any person, is vulgar or
otherwise offensive, or that The Dropship Forum rejects for any other reason at
our sole discretion. In consideration of your use of the Forum(s), you agree
that all information provided in your profile is accurate, true, current and
complete.
The Dropship Forum Moderators and Screening
The Dropship Forum is moderated by The Dropship Forum volunteers.
Please note that The Dropship Forum does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy,
reliability, completeness, usefulness, non-infringement of intellectual property
rights, or quality of any content on the The Dropship Forum, regardless of who
originates that content. You expressly understand and agree that you bear all
risks associated with using or relying on that content. The Dropship Forum will
not be liable or responsible in any way for any content posted including, but
not limited to, any errors or omissions in content, or for any losses or damage
of any kind incurred as a result of the use of or reliance on any content. This
disclaimer and limitation on liability is in addition to the disclaimers and
limitations contained in the The Dropship Forum Terms of Use
The Dropship Forum generally does not pre-screen, verify or edit the content
posted by users in the Forum(s). However, The Dropship Forum and its agents
reserve the right to investigate any violation of the The Dropship Forum Terms
of Use and these Forum Terms of Service and to take appropriate action. The
Dropship Forum has absolute discretion to enforce these terms, including, but
not limited to warning users of violations, disabling or suspending message
privileges and/ or Forum(s) access, deleting, screening or editing any content,
or prohibiting any behaviour that does not comply with these terms, including
the rules set forth below, or which is otherwise inappropriate for the Forum(s),
harmful, objectionable, or inaccurate.
Please note that the private messaging system is provided on
the understanding that it is not used improperly. Anyone who posts or forwards
any email or PM`s (private correspondence) they receive from any member anywhere
on or off this site, without consent from the author, could incur an immediate
ban on using facilities on my sites.
We can investigate/monitor any complaints or suspected mis-use by anyone using
this feature, especially new accounts.
The forum Administrator has the feature to read all PM's, though
random reading/monitoring will not be done in this way, however it can be where
suspected innapropiate use is being checked.
The system hasn`t been put in place for members to use and not partake in the
forums ie anyone constantly utilising the feature but not partaking in the
forums, may find the facility removed without notice, if that applies to you.
Links
The Dropship Forum permits users to post hypertext links to content hosted and
maintained by third parties. Although linked sites are not generally reviewed by
The Dropship Forum’s moderators, links are subject to treatment like any other
type of content posted to the Forum(s). You may not include a link in the Forum
that directs users to any content or information that, if posted in the Forum,
would constitute a violation of these terms. The linked sites under The Dropship
Forum’s control and your access to any linked site is at your own risk. You
should use your own judgment before you use any link or access any linked site.
When leaving the Forum(s) using any link provided by a user, you should be aware
that The Dropship Forum terms and policies no longer govern, and, therefore, you
should review the applicable terms and policies of that site. If you access a
linked site and find that materials to be in violation of these terms, you may
report the link as described below. The Dropship Forum makes no claim or
representation regarding, and accepts no responsibility for, the quality,
content, nature or reliability of sites accessible by hyperlink from the Forum(s).
Rules
We encourage you to use caution and not reveal information that you do not want
to make public in your postings. Any personal information that you post can be
obtained and used by others. Anything you post in the Forum, you post at your
own risk. You use the Forum at your own risk. In any online forum like Forum(s),
it is not possible to be sure that other users are who they say they are, know
what they say they know, or are affiliated with whom they say they are
affiliated.
By participating in the Forum(s), including the posting of content and sending
of messages, you agree that you will not upload, post, or otherwise transmit any
content (including text, links, communications, software, images, sounds, data,
or other information) that: (i) is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive,
harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, vulgar, profane,
sexually explicit, obscene, racially or ethnically offensive or otherwise
objectionable; (ii )infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright,
or other proprietary rights of any party; (iii) constitutes advertising or
promotion, junk mail, "spamming," chain letters, or any other form of
unauthorized solicitation.; (iv) contains software viruses, Trojan horses,
worms, time bombs, cancelbots or any other computer code or files that are
designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software or
hardware; (v) provides any non-public information about The Dropship Forum or
any other company or person without the proper authorization to do so. ; (vi)
Intentionally interferes with the operation of the Forum(s) or with a fellow
user's message box, without limitation, mail or "post" bombing, news bombing,
other flooding techniques, deliberate attempts to overload a system and
broadcast attacks, or attempts to avoid messaging blocking.; (vii) impersonates
any person or entity, including a The Dropship Forum employee or forges any
TCP-IP packet header, e-mail header or any part of a message header.; (viii)
attacks or insults another Forum(s) user or moderator; (ix) Suggests or
encourages illegal activity; or (x) violates UK or international laws or

You agree to indemnify and hold The Dropship Forum, and its subsidiaries,
affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim, including
reasonable solicitors' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of
content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Forum(s) eg,
your use of the Forum(s), your violation of these terms or the The Dropship
Forum Website Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another
Release of Information
The Dropship Forum also may release information concerning your use of the
Forum(s) (including posted content, registration information, and network
records) when The Dropship Forum believes release is appropriate to comply with
the law; to enforce or apply The Dropship Forum's Website Terms of Use and these
terms; to protect The Dropship Forum's rights or property, or to protect The
Dropship Forum's users from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the Forum(s);
or if The Dropship Forum reasonably believes that an emergency involving
immediate danger of death or serious physical injury to any person requires
disclosure of communications or justifies disclosure of records without delay.
Deliberate attempts by you or someone on your behalf to evade or circumvent your
suspension or termination of your rights to use the Forum(s) violates these
term, constitutes an unlawful trespass to The Dropship Forum's equipment and
systems, and may result in legal action. To report violations of these terms

Privacy
The Dropship Forum values your privacy. This statement outlines our practices in relation to information about yourself which you submit to us in order to use our on-line discussion forum.
For security purposes and the protection of all visitors to our website we require all users of our discussion forum, where this facility is provided, to register on-line. By registering, users undertake to abide by the terms above governing use of our discussion forum. The information required for registration includes: Username, Password and E-mail address. The use of false names is not permitted and is taken to constitute a breach of our terms.
We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure this information is held securely and we further undertake not to reveal your contact details to a third party under any circumstances, other than with your specific consent, or where not to do so would involve breaking the law. Details of registered users are not shared or matched with any other database held or administered by The Dropship Forum.
Additionally, the IP address of all users is automatically logged. This information is used to generate various usage reports at an aggregate level which help us to continually refine our site content.
